Payment must be made at the time of purchase using one of the accepted payment methods displayed during checkout. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees.

6. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our fraud detection department.

We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time prior to shipment. If your order is canceled after your payment method has been charged, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We will arrange for shipment of the products to you. Please check the individual product pages for specific delivery options and estimated delivery times. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipment or delivery.

Title and risk of loss for all products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

8. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please review our Return Policy for detailed information about returning products and requesting refunds. Returns must be made in accordance with our Return Policy to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time after we receive and inspect the returned product. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE LAST SIX (6) MONTHS, OR ONE HUNDRED EUROS (€100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. We will use our best efforts to resolve any disputes amicably. If you have any complaint or dispute, please contact us first and we will attempt to resolve the issue. If we cannot resolve the dispute through negotiation, either party may pursue resolution through the courts as described in the Governing Law section.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and merrymarket.store concerning your use of the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and us.
